Inspired by New York-style skyscrapers and completed in 1913 for Grace Bros, the building has been delicately refurbished. Operable windows for fresh air on both Clarence St windows and Kent St have been restored and preserved to celebrate their historical grandeur.

The internal heritage structure made of Oregon timber from the U.S. and large format hardwood spotted gum bearers and posts offer a unique and original atmosphere.
